_TM_ Technologies is a unit of Genus PLC, a global pioneer in animal genetics. IntelliGen Technologies is the global brand behind the technology that develops sexed bovine genetics that helps customers maximize their profitability and reach their end goals in a fast and efficient manner.

Role Overview:
This is a temporary position (one year) which operates production equipment for processing cell sexing technology. Perform daily tasks as defined by production needs.

Shift Hours are from 3pm - 11:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain production operations of assigned cell sexing workstation
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain lab documentation
- Learn other ancillary processes throughout the production lab as business needs necessitate, such as but not limited to:

- Centrifuge/tubes table
- Sample making
- Dish room
- Incoming quality control
- Troubleshoot issues that arise. Communicate issues with appropriate personnel (leads, supervisors, manager, or support group).
- Provide ideas for improvement in the work environment
- This temporary position will last for one year.
- ** All other duties as assigned.**

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift/transfer 20 kilos occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on maintaining the highest level of quality at all times.
- Ability to utilize a computer, keyboard and mouse to accomplish work tasks (includes but is not limited to the ability to look at computer monitor screens for the entirety of assigned shift).
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Ability to maintain professional verbal and written communications with co-workers, internal and external customers at all times.
- Experience in a laboratory or equivalent production environment is preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Stand for long periods of time
- Monitor equipment and computer for long periods of time
- Exposure to chemicals occasionally (PPE is provided)
