An exciting opportunity has become available for a savvy Student Feedback & Conduct Advisor to join our team supporting students throughout their academic journey. This role manages the feedback channels and response process for students and other stakeholders. It supports continuous improvement of the student experience and administration for the Support to Study Code, with attendance at case reviews and panel meetings, ensuring students have a positive and academically successful experience at AUT.

To be successful in this role you'll bring;
- A relevant qualification and substantial experience in a similar role
- Experience in a tertiary learning environment working successfully with students, and a sound understanding of the challenges students face throughout their tertiary education

Your familiarity with relevant legislation, your energy, passion, and commitment to the outstanding experience and wellbeing of our students, will all contribute to your success in this challenging and rewarding work.

**Salary Range**: $70,000 - $96,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
