Job Description:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and dedicated IT Support Technician to join our newly established firm. As an IT Support Technician, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and maintaining the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting network connectivity problems, printer malfunctions, and software installation errors.
- Assist in user account setup and permissions management, ensuring secure and appropriate access rights.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to effectively handle escalated technical challenges and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and security patches, to maintain system integrity and data security.
- Contribute to the implementation of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and mínimal disruption to operations.
- Document technical procedures and create user-friendly guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and enhance support efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements in information technology, ensuring continuous professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an IT Support Technician or similar role, demonstrating a solid track record in resolving technical issues.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems, with a strong command of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and infrastructure components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities to effectively address technical challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve collective goals.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or equivalent industry qualifications are advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.

**Salary**: $44,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
