Silvester Clark is a leading New Zealand Structural Engineering Consultancy with offices in Auckland, Wellington, Palmerston North and now the Hawkes Bay. With a rich history spanning over the last 40+ years, their brand has become synonymous with quality design and delivery to the NZ construction sector. Their projects range from high end residential, sporting facilities, multi-storey, dairy & process plants through to manufacturing/storage facilities to industrial/warehousing, aged care and general commercial development projects. With a clear ownership structure they really do look after their 75 strong team across the country.

Their Palmerston North office is very well established and has the market share of work in the region. The team consists of 20 strong professional engineers and drafters and due growth and succession planning they are looking to add an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to the local leadership team. You will manage and lead projects, mentor junior staff and be a part of the local Palmerston North leadership group.

You will need to be a suitably qualified and Chartered Structural Engineer with good experience on similar projects. You may or may not currently be in a leadership position but will have the ability and desire to grow your leadership skills and experience. The ideal person will be of a practical nature and be able to naturally deal with clients and surpass their expectations. We are open to people with either NZ or international experience - you could even be looking to return to the Manawatu area after travelling.
