As our Health Sector Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team that delivers our health sector engagement strategy by partnering with the sector to drive positive health outcomes.
In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of the health sector engagement strategy that ensures ACC has the relationships, insights and partnerships needed to deliver quality health outcomes, from a clinically credible baseline. Your team will be accountable for developing strong and trusting relationships between health sector providers, professionals, and ACC to derive insights, and influence positive change, including involvement in the continuous delivery of health sector improvements for ACC.
**What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role**:
- Significant experience leading a specialist function such as health engagement, stakeholder management or design functions, preferably in a large complex environment.
- Experience in the NZ Health community.
- Relevant experience in a similar role with proven performance and results.
- Experience in engaging with a range of stakeholders to identify, co-design and implement health design programmes and products.
- Familiarity with best practice programme and project and/or service design methodologies.
- Highly effective communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
- Ability to vary working and leadership styles to meet the needs of different situations and individuals.
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
- Business acumen and decision making; encompassing operational management, financial management, reporting, business analysis, performance improvement and delegation.
- You have excellent planning and organisational skills.
**What we offer**:
