**The Opportunity**

This is a wonderful Business Support Administrator opportunity working in busy office and laboratory environment with a professional team This is a busy and varied role which will keep you challenged while learning how AsureQuality works to uphold quality and safety standards for New Zealand.

This role is varied and provides support to our Speciality Services group which includes Specialty Testing, Biosecurity, and Diagnostics. Responsibilities include:

- General Administrative activities including travel planning, coordinating meetings, and assistance with social activities
- Laboratory administration e.g. archiving, receiving/storing stock supplies
- Organising catering, staff meetings (in person and via Teams/Zoom) and staff newsletters
- Procurement of Office Supplies and Laboratory consumables
- Working in a small team environment - sharing activities

This is a full-time, onsite role working Monday to Friday at our office in Gracefield, Lower Hutt.

**About You**

To be considered for role you will have:

- Minimal 3 years administration experience
- Proficiency working with Microsoft 365 suite of programmes, IT savvy and capability working within databases
- Ability to create professional documents
- Initiative, attention to detail and a solution focused outlook and ability to think outside of the square
- Pride in what you do, the quality of your work and a true team ethos
