May need to work after hours to fix critical website issues

**Hourly Rate**

$25.00-$30.00

**Hours per Week**

Guaranteed hours of work per week:Minimum 30 hours. Up to 50 hours.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring the company website is running as expected, including availability, accessibility, usability, reliability, and acceptable responding time.
- Fixing the company website issues in a timely manner
- Updating the company website for new promotions, new products, and removal of obsoleted products, including taking photos of new products and uploading them to the website and database
- Making new web pages and advertisements for new promotions and new products
- Doing stocktaking and calibrating inventory levels, and updating database records
- Implementing security protocols to the company website, to prevent hacking and virus
- Managing and updating website certificate
- Managing and Installing Windows updates for the web server
- Managing website and web server backups
- Any other reasonable tasks required by the company

**Requirements for the **applicants**:

- Relevant qualifications and previous work experience are not compulsory but would be an advantage
- You will need to demonstrate your skill during the interview
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Contribute towards the smooth running of the team
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including those relating to hygiene, respect for other team members, timekeeping, and flexibility
- Priority will be given to NZ citizens/residents
