We are searching for an experienced **Duty Manager **, who exudes a high level of enthusiasm, is a great team player and loves hospitality. Your role will provide extraordinary services to our guests while ensuring the smooth operations of this vital department. Join the team in this exciting period as Naumi Hotels prepares for growth

The opportunity is for a full-time permanent role with minimum 40 hours of work per week, between Monday to Sunday as per roster.

- **Be responsible for the daily management and operations of the Front Office**:

- **Ensure a smooth running of food and beverage outlets when required**:

- **Assist in maintain a comprehensive, current, and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures, and oversee their implementation**:

- **Represent management in handling of room inquiries, compliments, and complaints**:

- **Coaches, counsels, and trains team members, providing feedback to enhance performance**

- **Have minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar leadership position in a 4/5 star property**:

- **Have good computer skills - Opera knowledge is desired**:
