We are looking for Housekeeping and Maintenance Supervisors for our motel - Fitzherbert Regency Motor Lodge in Palmerston North who will be responsible for below mentioned:

- Ensure that the motel is clean at all times.
- Manage the maintenance of designated areas such as bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Responsible for reporting and fixing any damages in the motel such as of AC vents, exhaust fans etc.
- Assisting with special cleaning projects such as deep cleaning and bug bombing
- Collaborating with the housekeeping staff to ensure efficiency of work.
- Developing and maintaining the professional and cooperative relationship with the staff members to ensure overall business runs smoothly
- Coordination with external suppliers and ensure that the cleaning & maintenance stock is available at all times.
- Ensure that laundry and ironing of linen and any other fabric required is done properly.
- Manage any customer grievances regarding housekeeping or other maintenance activities.
- Any other job as assigned by the management

You will be required to work for a **minimum of 30 hours per week.**

**Other Requirements**:

- Available to work on weekends
- Relevant experience is highly preferred
- Management and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination skills

**Salary**: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
