**About the role**:
The Senior Test Analyst position is responsible and accountable for analysing the business requirements and drafting high level and detailed test scenarios. The position is also responsible for conducting traceability against the business requirements to ensure all the critical business requirements have been exercised within the test scope.

The Senior Test Analyst ensures that all the test activity is completed within the agreed timeframes and manages the end-to-end test execution and run rate for each test cycle within the project. The position plays a key role in keeping the Test Lead informed of any risks, issues or any other concerns within the project and escalating these as required.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Sound experience in the Software Test Lifecycle and Systems Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Functionality Testing, Web Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Acceptance Testing, Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT)
- ISTQB Foundations certified
- Experience with coordinating a team of testers to deliver the testing of a complex software development project involving third party supplier(s)
- Experience in preparation and execution of Test Plan and Test Cases etc.
- Forecasting timing/labour hours required to deliver end to end testing
- Hands-on experience in using front end and back-end testing tools for validating results
- Set up, manage and maintain test data set up throughout the testing phase of the project
- Demonstrated end-to-end testing experience across the service delivery lifecycle
- Understand what is required and get on with the job
- Strong risks and issues management skills
- Able to propose best practice approach across the team as required whist remaining pragmatic and flexible
- Provide resolution paths to issues regarding testing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - especially for documentation and reporting.
