**Position Summary**:

- Responsible to complete general maintenance and upkeep of the property, guest rooms and public areas
- Support the Engineering and Maintenance team with general operational tasks
- Respond to traveller’s requests providing a friendly genuine service with each experience
- Actively conduct repairs to the building and equipment
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing travellers to enable future bookings

**About You**:

- Relevant experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
- Working rights in New Zealand
