**The opportunity**
Due to increased workflow, our client's employment law team in Central Wellington seeks a highly motivated Senior Solicitor. In this role, you will be exposed to restructuring, health and safety, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, personal grievances, employment agreements, and misconduct.
This individual will provide legal counsel on a broad spectrum of employment matters, encompassing both contentious and non-contentious issues. The clientele ranges from established SMEs to multinational corporations, offering exposure to diverse cases.

**About you**
- At least 2 years’ PQE in private practice
- Solid understanding of employment law
- Experience dealing with contentious and non-contentious matters
