We’re seeking reliable and safety-focused **Traffic Controllers (TC/TTM Workers)** and **qualified STMS** to join our client's traffic management team in Napier.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up and packing down traffic management sites
- Operating Stop/Go paddles to direct traffic
- Monitoring vehicle and pedestrian flow
- Supporting on-site crews with general tasks
- Implementing and overseeing TMPs (STMS only)
- Ensuring all health & safety processes are followed

**We’re Looking For**

**Traffic Controllers / TTM Workers**:

- Current TC / TTM Worker (TMO or TTM) qualification
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet
- Enjoy working outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Able to work early mornings, late finishes, and weekends when required
- Reliable transport
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test

**STMS**:

- Current STMS qualification
- Strong understanding of TMPs and site safety
- Confident leading small crews and managing work zones
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
