We are looking for an enthusiastic
**Client Engagement Specialist** to work in the committed Good Shepherd New Zealand - Good Loans team. Full-time (40 hours a week). This role will be rostered between 9.30 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

**A typical day in life might include the following**:

- Answering a high number of inbound calls and online inquiries from new and existing clients;
- Capturing the nature of the issue and explaining to new clients how our service works;
- Scheduling appointments with the right support service (including external referrals);
- Resolving client concerns and post-service queries;
- Providing friendly, genuine, and efficient customer service to both clients and colleagues;
- Relationship building with clients;
- You may also need to support the GLA roles when required.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven scheduling and coordination skills would be an advantage;
- Computer literate;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- Creative approach to problem-solving;
- A ‘can do’ attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding services;
- Empathetic approach when dealing with people from different socio-economic and cultural backgrounds;
- Ability to remain calm under pressure;
- Highly organized with strong time management skills;
- A team player with the ability to work autonomously.
