Within Core, we have our Trade Banking squad that support the services used by our International Trade service business to support all our importer and/or exporter customers. **About the role**: You'll be part of a team working to deliver and support a secure, functional and performant set of integration services that seamlessly integrate our SaaS Trade Banking solution back into our enterprise systems. We are looking for a.NetCore developer that wants to explore new technologies but also doesn't mind performing the needed maintenance for the services and systems they support. Key activities are: - Maintenance of the systems our services run on including Windows Servers, MS SQL and MQ services. - Supporting activities associated with the upgrade of the SaaS platform. - Building out and supporting enhancements for our.NetCore based Trade Banking integration services platform. **About you**: We'll value your ability to write code and support solutions. A.Net developer with operational support mindset or to work in a BAU setting will make you well suited to this role. We are looking for an individual that will take ownership of our technical solutions, drive continuous change for the squad and customers to ensure we are delivering best possible outcomes. You will work collaboratively with our squads and stakeholders to be the voice of engineering and deliver products that delight our customers. We are looking for someone who has: - C#.net Core development experience - MSSQL development experience - Web API development experience - Good understanding of dependency injection, data serialization and LINQ - Strong understanding of software engineering principles, processes and following industry approved coding practices - Experience leading the team through releases and running boards**.** Nice to have - Experience in creating and maintaining GHES/Azure/Octopus CICD pipelines and GIT/TFS source control - BAU Support experience - Server admin experience (renewing certs on Windows/linux boxes; patching windows/linux servers; DNS maintenance;) - Able to create Kibana dashboards and alerts for exception and health monitoring - Web development experience (ASP.net/React) - Chrome Extensions Development - IBM MQ experience - Kafka/event streaming knowledge **Working at ASB**: ASB's sense of who we are and what we stand for is grounded in our values.
