Description
We are looking for a motivated desktop/laptop technician to join our service team in head office located in Manukau

**Main Job Description**:

- Troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and upgrade on pre-build or custom desktop builds and/or desktop hardware/ laptop device and/or laptop hardware.
- Assembly, disassembly and re-assembly of normal desktop, gaming desktop builds, and laptop
- Identifying of faulty part(s) based on diagnostic result and replacing the faulty part(s)
- Installation of OS, computer drivers, and other popular programs onto customer’s desktop
- BIOS configuration and update

**Requirements**:

- Hold a legal work visa, PR or NZ Citizenship
- Computer science or related specialist degree, certificate and at least one year of relevant computer device maintenance work experience.
- Clear logical analysis and fault determination skills
- Strong hands-on skills
- Knowledge of popular computer operating systems, and software, such as Windows, MacOS, MS Office etc.
- Proficiency in using relevant hardware system testing software and processes
- Good conversational and written communication skills in English
