An enterprise organisation with millions of products consumed by the world at large is on the lookout for a Senior/Chief Security Architect to join the team.

The Security Architect works alongside the Chief Information Officer and Tribe Leads to procure cybersecurity products and services and to manage risk, disaster recovery and business continuity plans. We're looking for someone who's on their way to becoming a CISO.

**Here are some of the key functions**:

- Ensure and promote an appropriate level of information security culture and awareness across the enterprise
- Define, develop and maintain a business-aligned Information and Cyber Security strategy and operating model
- Analyse IT security threats in real-time and mitigating these threats
- Compliance and governance alignment to the IT security regulations
- Partner onboarding, contract and relationship management
- Regular operational and strategic reporting on cyber security, risk and business continuity to the stakeholders and the board of directors

**Background and experience required**:

- A minimum of ten years' experience in risk management, information security and business continuity
- A track record in the leadership and delivery of transformational security improvements across an organisation
- Excellent understanding of current legislation and regulations relevant to our organisation
- Knowledge of global and New Zealand specific, information security management frameworks
- Commitment to future-proofing service and delivery in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
