**The opportunity**:
If your looking for more than just a traditional testing role, then this might be the role for you. We’re looking for a quality advocate, someone who can guide, uplift, and shape our testing practices across our Engineering teams. You’ll help build and evolve our test automation frameworks, coach Engineers to improve their test coverage and maturity, and ensure our software quality is robust, scalable, and aligned with our values. Your role is to guide, influence, and embed quality thinking from the start.

**What a typical week will look like in the role**:
- Lead the development and evolution of test automation frameworks- Provide strategic guidance on what good testing looks like- Coach engineers to improve their test design and coverage- Identify gaps in test maturity and help teams uplift their practices- Advocate for quality across the engineering lifecycle- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed behavioural alignment and customer-centric thinking
