The Customer Support Team plays a crucial role in shaping positive first impressions for all visitors to our Centres. As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and professional frontline services to a diverse customer base, addressing a wide variety of inquiries both in person and over the phone. You can expect each day to offer new challenges and experiences. It is a 8-hour permanent part time role: Saturday (9.45am - 6.15pm). Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:30pm, reliability, and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial. **He kōrero mōu: About you** You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs.
