You only get one chance to make a fantastic first impression and our Customer Support Team are the people that make it happen when Aucklanders visit our Centres. Working as a Customer Support, right from the first smile you will be responsible for ensuring an effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customer base, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same It is a 28-hour permanent part time role. Shifts: Wednesday (3.30pm-7.30pm), Thursday (6am-2.30pm), Friday (6am-2.30pm), and Saturday (8am-4.30pm). Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:30pm, reliability, and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial. **He kōrero mōu: About you** You will have proven administration and communication skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative to resolve problems and satisfy your customers' needs.
