**Position Overview**

We now have an exciting opportunity at our busy service counter. This role is vital in supporting our workshops to get the job done right and efficiently. We're looking for a motivated and reliable person to step into this key position. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the stores department - managing inwards goods, maintaining stock, and providing efficient, friendly service to our workshops and the wider business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- First point of contact at service counter, handling requests with friendly service
- Coordinate work orders to keep workflow on track
- Manage goods in/out, load/unload freight safely (incl. forklift use)
- Check and receipt inwards goods, resolve discrepancies
- Support stock control ordering, monitoring, and rolling stock takes

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous experience in a warehouse, or service counter role.
- Forklift licence/experience preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Dangerous Goods certificate preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
