**ABOUT TRA**
TRA is a dynamic and innovative research agency dedicated to providing valuable insights to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Lead to join our team. You will own and drive TRA and the TRA Lab start-ups content and thought-leadership strategies.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
A key member of the TRA marketing team, the Content Marketing Lead sits across TRA (the New Zealand and Australian market research consulting business) and supports start-ups founded by the TRA Labs venture studio.
Their primary responsibility is the ideation and execution of content and thought leadership strategies. This includes:
- Creating a content strategy for TRA, that delivers towards business goals + engages our target audiences.
- Working with TRA’s spokespeople on thought leadership and opinion pieces for external publication.
- Writing articles for TRA’s website and developing print and multi-media content such as webinars, magazines, and videos.
- Setting a consistently on brand, on code, and inclusive tone of voice across our channels.
- Supporting and enabling TRA’s team in creating excellent content that can work within the content strategy - coaching, copy-editing, and providing feedback.
The Content Marketing Lead will also support on sales enablement materials, such as case studies, credentials, and awards entries.
Finally, as a member of the marketing team, they support on marketing activity, by drafting campaign content, editing publicity materials and collaborating with our wider team on awards entries.
**Requirements**:
**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
- Able to use a CMS to publish and manage content.
- Knowledge of SEO: can optimise content for search engines and knows how to use keywords, write effective titles and descriptions, and build backlinks.
- Social media marketing knowledge: ability to use social media (LinkedIn) to promote content and engage with audiences.
- Understanding of how to use data to track the performance of content across social and digital.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and internal clients.
- Organisational and time management skills: the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Can prioritise work and manage time effectively.
- A creative and skilled writer, who can write engaging content on complex and nuanced topics.
- Attention to detail: a great eye for detail and the ability to proofread, fact check and edit work carefully.
- Fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and information quickly.
