**About the Role**:
As a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst at DEFEND Limited, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining the security of our clients' information systems. You will work closely with a team of cybersecurity experts to identify security incidents, analyze potential threats, and implement appropriate defense measures. This position is ideal for someone passionate about cybersecurity and eager to develop their skills in a challenging environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor security alerts and incidents through various platforms and security tools.
- Analyze threat intelligence to identify potential weaknesses in client systems.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, providing support and solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to security incidents, investigations, and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and monitor security best practices.
- Participate in regular security assessments and vulnerability management activities.
- Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training for clients.
**What You'll Bring**:
- Understanding of core cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
- Experience with security information and event management.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications are beneficial but not required.
