Your Opportunity

The purpose of the National Transport Compliance Manager is to manage a busy support centre, ensuring service and compliance.

Team Global Express’s (TGE) National; Transport Manager’s role is also to build close relationships, both internal and external, by troubleshooting/problem solving and ensuring regular contact to key operations are maintained by a team of Transport Support Co-ordinators.

Work as part of the TGE team you will communicate effectively with your team members and develop working relationships with both internal and external customers.

To be successful and you need to have:

- At least 5 years' experience in a relevant field
- Qualification in relevant field.
- Call Centre experience (preferred)
- Management experience (preferred)

Your responsibilities:

- Provide service support to all TGE transport networks
- Performance on-job performance reviews
- Implement Training & Development Plans
- Facilitating regular 1:1 feedback session
- Work with Branch and Transport Managers to ensure safety protocols are adhered to

An aptitude to comply and contribute to Team Global Express safety culture
