**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**

We are seeking Registered Nurses with significant critical care experience to work in our ICU Outreach service. You will be foundation members of this team.

This Specialty Clinical Nurse role will ensure timely and effective response to patients and ward based clinical staff to manage clinically deteriorating patients. We are two permanent part-time hours are available with the minimum hours being 24 hours per fortnight (0.3FTE).

You will be responding to medical emergencies, acute referrals and ICU follow ups in adult, paediatric and maternity inpatient services. The service will provide 24/7 cover and you will be expected to cover a variety of shifts. This role will provide an opportunity to challenge and extend your critical care skills, support and educate others and contribute to the development of the service.

We are seeking enthusiastic highly motivated individuals who have a passion for providing care to the deteriorating patient. If you have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise competing demands and a willingness to share your skills and knowledge we encourage you to apply.
