You’ll play a vital part in supporting our clinical teams with a range of administrative tasks, including: - Reception and front-line customer service - Fleet and file management - Ordering resources and supplies - Providing occasional EA support to team managers Based on Springs Road in East Tamaki, this is a permanent part time position working 32 hours a week Monday to Friday. **About You** You’re a natural organiser, calm under pressure, and always ready to lend a hand. You bring a "no job is too much trouble" mindset and pride yourself on being a go-to team member. To thrive in this role, you’ll have: - Previous experience in an administrative role is essential as is your ability to multi-task and work efficiently when under pressure. - your computer skills will be top notch and you will have mastered the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Power Point. - An understanding of i.PM, HCC and Oracle Procurement will be a definite advantage and allow you to hit the ground running. **Working at Health New Zealand** **How to Apply** **Closing Date: 17**th** April 2025
