**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive Administrator to join our dedicated Mental Health Acute Community Service team. This is a full-time, fixed-term role through to October 2026, working Monday to Friday between 7:30am - 4:30pm, based at our supportive and dynamic hub at 70 Kerrs Road, Manukau City.
You'll be working closely with another administrator, helping to keep our busy community mental health service running smoothly. From managing appointments and accounts, to ordering supplies and coordinating vehicles, your role will be varied, valued, and vital to our success. You'll also have the chance to contribute fresh ideas that drive service improvements.
**About You**
You're a natural problem-solver, calm under pressure, and ready to tackle whatever the day brings. You take pride in being the one the team can rely on, and you're always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
- Solid administration experience in health - you're organised, efficient, and thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bonus points if you're familiar with iPM, HCC, or Oracle Procurement - you'll hit the ground running.
- A full NZ driver’s licence is required.
