**The Role**:
We’re on the hunt for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our Central region (Wellington) team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in water treatment to leverage their technical sales knowledge and make an impact. You’ll be working closely with our team and contributing to our growth and success in the water sector.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date with all water treatment equipment and technologies, ensuring you can confidently discuss and promote our offerings.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, bringing your technical and sales skills to every project and client interaction.

**Success Profile**:

- **Experience**: A background in the water industry is required. Familiarity with municipal or industrial water treatment is essential.
- **Skills**: Strong technical sales knowledge, confidence in communication and negotiation, and a deep understanding of water treatment equipment and processes.
- **Education**: A trade background or degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential.
- **Motivation**: We’re seeking someone driven to contribute significantly as an additional salesperson and eager to grow within our organization.
