**The opportunity**

This is a part time (35 hours per week), fixed term (9 months) role providing administrative support to the building services teams. We are a tight-knit team working collaboratively to provide people with best value service across our District. This is an interesting and varied role where you will advise on regulatory processes, support customers, and help with other administration tasks.

**To set you up for success, you'll have**
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Experience working both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new software systems.
- At least 3 to 4 years administration experience and/or experience working in local government.
