This role is crucial in shaping the future of our organisation.Leading and managing core progression programmes for career and volunteer officers, you will oversee simulation training whilst promoting high-quality learning outcomes. We're looking for a dynamic leader with experience in adult education, exceptional people management skills, and a passion for developing leadership capabilities. Join us and make a differenceKo tāu nā i tēnei tūranga - What you'll bring to the role: You will be able to demonstrate strong experience in adult education with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Bringing a passion for leadership, you will be adept at managing teams, driving quality assurance, and fostering stakeholder engagement to create a positive impact.To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will have:

- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and motivate teams positively
- Hold a Certificate or Diploma in Adult Education and Training or working towards
- A sound technical knowledge and proven operational experience, including emergency service operations and incident management
- Experience in adult education and training
- Collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
- Good time management with ability to advise what is possible within time constraints
- Adept computer literacy skills with experience using Microsoft Planner

The salary range for this role is $122,978 - $136,643, dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.Ko wai mātou - Who are we?
