As the Business Control Manager / Head of Finance (Supply Chain), you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our Supply Chain function. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and developing a team of Finance Business Partners, ensuring we’re building capability for now and into the future. - Strategic business partnering with Supply Chain Director and Supply Chain Lead team - Provide meaningful data insights for the current and future state supply chain structure and optimizing "how we work". - Managing budgets, CAPEX and expenditure - Ensure on-time in-full (OTIF) and compliant reporting and maintain a proper control environment. - Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for Supply Chain - Identify and assess financial risk, establish and deploy policies controls and mitigating actions. Your background and experience - CA/CPA qualification preferred - Experience working in a similar position within a Manufacturing environment - Demonstrated experience in leading and developing successful teams - Experience in leading successful change initiatives and continuous improvement. - Ability to communicate information in a clear and logical manner.
