**Key purpose of the Investment Coordinator role**
To support the Investment Manager, Exchange Executives and Client Service Teams to deliver gold standard implementation and trading practices. To build trusted and influential relationships with clients, media, and agency partners. To assist the Exchange team in delivering best practice client service and market leading work across both offline and digital media. This role is responsible for efficient and correct administration procedures.
**Key responsibilities for the Investment Coordinator**
**People**
- Attends training on all relevant media and finance systems
- Starts to develop negotiation and time management skills
**Product**:
- Develops knowledge and understanding of GroupM products/processes
- Ensures there is full compliance with GroupM processes (trading/implementation excellence, feedback, briefing templates etc.)
- Ensures all communication to internal and external stakeholders is clear and delivered in a timely manner
- Builds an understanding of the buying process using GroupM Knowledge tools to deliver the best buying outcome for clients
- Develops skill of interpreting relevant data sources to build insights that leads implementation thinking in order to help Manager (i.e., Calibre, TVMap, Arianna)
- Tracks and optimises campaigns regularly and communicates issues to the Manager in a timely manner
- Works collaboratively with all divisions within GroupM to ensure holistic approach to implementation
- Has a full understanding of and meets all pricing requirements and KPIs across your portfolio of clients. Also delivers all necessary reporting on time and accurately to the client/global.
- Always checks all outputs with Manager to ensure quality assurance
- Provides administrative support to the Digital Associate Manager and Planner/Buyers
- Prepares and supplies material instructions across all media to client/agency partners/media owners
- Provides the tracking and validation of campaigns across all media and communicates any delivery issues to the Executive and/or Manager
- Assists the Executives and/or Manager with post campaign reporting
**Partners**:
- Helps to deliver Exchange related strategy to increase/maintain client TRR/appraisal scores
- Starts to develop opinions on the media landscape and market
- Assists with delivering best practice media relationships
- Starts to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders -GroupM at both a local and global level
- Responds to clients, media owners and partner agencies in a timely manner consistently managing expectations
- Attends all media owner presentations to build knowledge of media landscape
- Starts to develop trusted and influential relationships with media owners
- Supports Executive in media owner meetings
**Profit**:
- Ensures all financial processes are followed with 100% accuracy (bookings and Pegasus loadings)
- Checks pro-formas thoroughly with aim of zero account queries. If there are AQs, ensures that these are solved within 1 week of receiving.
- Ensures timesheets are completed accurately by the end of each day
- Loads financial information into Pegasus accurately and within 48 hours of being finalised
- Assists with monthly invoicing process
- Assists with responding to account queries (within 48 hours of being received)
