**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

The Plastic Surgery Unit is a tertiary service based in Lower Hutt, Wellington, and provides regional services to Capital and Coast, Wairarapa, Mid Central, Hawke - s Bay, Nelson/Marlborough and Whanganui areas, servicing a population of over 1 million people. The fellow roles will be expected to attend clinics in these other district hospitals alongside colleagues.

You must be able to work legally in New Zealand and have either a permanent NZ address or a work visa or permit and be eligible for IMG registration pathways through Medical Council New Zealand.

**Moū - About you**

Depending on your level of competency, you may participate in the senior registrar after hours roster, or may be rostered to support the senior registrar on-call after-hours. This role would suit a current plastic registrar who fulfils the IMG criteria with New Zealand Medical Council.
