**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

The Wellington Regional Plastic Maxillo-Facial and Burn Unit is seeking a senior plastic surgery fellow to join our service for one year, **starting July 2025.**This role works alongside a medical team comprising around 12 plastic surgery consultants, and 12 junior doctors of varying grades.

The Plastic Surgery Unit is a tertiary service based in Lower Hutt, Wellington, and provides regional services to Capital and Coast, Wairarapa, Mid Central, Hawke - s Bay, Nelson/Marlborough and Whanganui areas, servicing a population of over 1 million people. The fellow roles will be expected to attend clinics in these other district hospitals alongside colleagues.

You must be able to work legally in New Zealand and have either a permanent NZ address or a work visa or permit, and be eligible for registration through the Medical Council of New Zealand.
