**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Service & Operations Manager, this is your chance to grow your career within our “big box” format store, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, while working in a role with heaps of variety and scope to advance your career.

The role is focused on:

- maximizing the integrity of physical and computerized inventory records;
- efficiently managing GAPs;
- investigating discrepancies;
- leading, developing, and coaching the following teams: Inwards Goods, Stock Control, Ticketing, Replenishment and Credits
- maintaining the Stock Master File;
- Maintaining standards and disciplines
- Maintaining/developing processes and controls to optimise inventory management within the store

**Role is for 42.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)**

**About You**:
We are looking for people who have:

- Relevant retail inventory management experience;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Excellent communication;
- Strong computer skills; and
- Ability to manage a varied and busy work load.
- Ability to lead a team

This is a leadership role, with a team reporting to you, so your ability to coach and develop people will also be important.
