Reporting to the Store Owner & Store Manager, whilst working closely with our Accounts and Inwards Goods Team, you will be responsible for assisting our Accounts & Inwards Goods team with timely and accurate data entry and accounts in accordance with our store processes. The role will also require daily cash reconciliations and banking so some accounts background is necessary. We are looking for someone who has a can do attitude and hit the ground running with this part-time but busy role.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Assisting Accounts in accurate and timely processing of all accounts payable & receivable invoices and credit notes
- Timely handling of account payable / receivable queries
- Proving support to inwards goods team
- Cash reconciliations and banking
- Checking off stock against delivery notes as it arrives
- Arranging direct supplier invoicing
- Liaison with Inwards Goods regarding disposal of inwards goods & faulty credits

**About you**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ in and administration role
- Cash reconciliation experience
- MS Office experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Xero
- Proven organizational and time management
- Excellent communication at all levels
- Drive and self-motivation
- Available for a part time, Monday to Friday role.
