In this role you will work on smaller ad-hoc projects, ensure the smooth running of regular output and processes as well as supporting larger analytics projects within the team. This role provides opportunity to develop skills in preparation for eventual movement into an Insights Analyst role. - Mō te Tūranga | About the Role - We sat down with our Analytics Partner, who let us know the following about the role: - What are some day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?- Perform data exploration related to business requirements- Coding the relevant data queries in SQL- Designing and developing associated visualisations in Power BI- Implementation of visualisation What is the team culture and environment like? - The team is caring, supportive and strives towards excellence in what we do. You are skilled, curious, tenacious and don’t just focus on the bare minimum. You strive to deliver quality in all you do and understand how to juggle multiple pieces of work at the same time. You have strong technical skills and are a fast learner. You know how to laugh and have fun within a team and understand the importance of growing yourself and others around you. Your success will be marked by your stakeholders, or your mentors actively utilising the data and visualisations provided. Communication and engagement, coupled with technical skills is what will enable your success.
