Reporting to a divisional HR Business Partner you will be responsible for and supporting with performance management, remuneration reviews, projects, graduate in take process and organisational development as well as coaching and L&D.

You will be a strong generalist HR practitioner with 3-4 years experience who is willing to be hands on and get involved in the detail. You will be adaptable, versatile and confident in your approach. You will have the ability to push back and challenge senior stakeholders as well as take initiative and be solutions focused. You will have experience in consulting to the business at an executive or senior leadership level.

Your core duties will be but not limited to;
- Managing a variety of HR Processes across all areas
- Coaching and advising managers and people leaders with HR general enquiries and best practices
- Supporting ER processes
- Assist with a range of projects from rem to H&S
- Coach and support people leaders with recruitment, onboarding and grad processes
- Assist with defining the desired culture and create a high performing organisation
- Enhancing Employee engagement
