**Job description**:

- Operate kitchen equipment such as hotpot tables, burners, and soup pots.
- Check food and ingredients for freshness and quality.
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes.
- Season food according to recipe instructions.
- Portion and arrange food according to established presentation guidelines.
- Estimate food consumption levels and prepare accordingly.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and sanitized in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Store food and other items properly.
- Assist in planning new menu items.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with management and team members.
- Follow established cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies and procedures.

**Job pre-requisites**:

- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- No previous experience is on-the-job training will be provided.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate effective communication skills.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
