We are a busy Japanese Sushi Bar located in Rotorua, open 6 days a week. We now require several full-time fast food cooks to join our team.

We offer at least 30 hours per week and maximum 45 per week, pay range is from $ 29.66 / hour to $ 30 / hours depending on your working experience. You will need to be able to work independently and effectively.

Role and responsibilities:

- Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Checking ingredients to make sure the quality and freshness
- Cutting, washing, peeling, mixing raw food material and taking right measurement
- Preparing and cooking fast food using grills, microwaves, and deep fryers
- Arrange delivery for customers
- Cleaning up kitchen benches, cooking surfaces, and other cooking appliances
- Order kitchen supplies and other food and ingredients
- Taking food supplies delivery and checking the quality and quantity
- Maintain overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and saftey standards for food preparation area, cooking services and dishes and utensils
- Adhered to all hygiene & health and saftey rules and our restaurant regulations

You will need:
No prior work experience is required for this role but could be an advantage. We will provide pre-training. Priority will be given to local residence/ citizens
