**Permanent Senior Policy Advisor available for an experienced strategic policy professional.**

**About the role**:

- Leverage expertise to develop policies - huge room for professional growth
- Operate in an ambiguous environment
- Revaluate and forge pathways in strategic planning
- Review and evaluate current policies and assess success
- International review across evidence-based data
- Advance and build up the team’s Te Tiriti analysis and stakeholder relationships

**What you’ll need**:

- Experience as a Senior Policy Advisor in a must
- Comfortable navigating machinery of government with ease and the interagency relationships that come with impactful policy
- Not afraid of numbers as the role has some economic review elements
- Inquisitive and innovative thought processes - system development experience desirable
- Stakeholder inclusion and management
- Commitment to and respect for the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi Aotearoa
