**What's exciting about the role**

As our Sales Support person based in the Auckland CBD, your primary objective will be to support the Verifone sales and technical pre-sales team based in Auckland with the administration and support requirements of our payment solutions. You will help manage the sales order entry process and regular invoicing of customers and deal with general incoming customer inquiries. You will work with teams throughout the business - facilities, finance, sales and technical - to help the sales team achieve its goals.

**Working hours: 40 hours per week between the hours of 08:00hrs - 17:00hrs Monday to Friday**

Skills and experience we desire.

**What you'll do**
- Manage order entry with Oracle financial system to ensure orders and billing requirements are met in a timely manner
- Ensure accounts, logistics and shipping administration is completed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Process monthly billing and manage credits and returns as required.
- Work with the credit team to ensure outstanding debtors are kept low.
- Assist with the running of the office and work with facilities department on general maintenance requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships and purchasing requirements.
- Assist with frontline customer enquiries and help direct to appropriate departments where relevant.
- Help monitor customer portals and ensure outstanding tasks are allocated to team members to complete.
- Assist with training and user documentation for Verifone solutions by learning and understanding pricing and business knowledge of Verifone products, services and processes.

**What qualifications will you need to be successful?**
- Organised, self-starter with good time management skills
- Experience with large ERP software platforms (e.g. Oracle, SAP) a plus.
- 2 years working an office administration environment.
- Good problem solving and diagnostic capability
- Confident and customer focused communications skills
