**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**
Hauora a Toi - Bay of Plenty are looking for a passionate leader to manage the recruitment and placement of graduate nurses, fostering their development from academic study to clinical practices. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who excels in collaboration with tertiary providers and nursing leaders, creating a positive and impactful learning experiences for the next generation of nurses.
The position offered will be working 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week).
**He korero mōu - About You**
To succeed in the role, applicants will have:
- Relevant graduate and post-graduate qualification
- Current Annual Practice Certificate
- Experience in Adult Teaching
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with tertiary providers and clinical placement areas to ensure meaningful and positive learning experiences for student/tauira.
