We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Clinical Charge Nurse to join our highly competent and capable staff at our Infusion Centres. This is a newly created role and we are seeking a Senior Nurse with relevant experience. You will have a dynamic and creative approach to nursing and be an excellent communicator. The role requires at least 5 years post registration experience, relevant postgraduate study. Although this role is based at Waitakere Hospital, you should be able to work from both our Infusion sites at North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals.

Commitment to patient-centred care is essential and we are looking for a dynamic leader who enjoys bringing out the best in a team. You will bring a mixture of contemporary nursing knowledge and organisational ability, as well as professional credibility to the inter-disciplinary team.

We are looking for the following:

- Knowledge/experience in haematology and/or medical oncology
- A nurse leader with demonstrated team building skills, quality improvement, leading evidence based practice, creative problem solving and innovation
- Able to work from both our infusion sites at North shore and Waitakere Hospitals
- Excellent communication and relationship management
