**We will count on you to**:
The Administration Analyst has responsibility for managing the more complex fund-level transactions that assist with the smooth delivery of services to our administration clients. This involves liaising with internal and external parties to analyse and resolve issues, whilst also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in relation to service delivery.

They also provide technical support to the administration team, co-ordinating responses as required in relation to all aspects of our administration platform.

The Administration Analyst will act as a mentor and Subject Matter Expert to other members within the team.

**Core Responsibilities;**

Regular (routine and complex) tasks including but not limited to:

- Fund Level Services
- Adhoc & Regular regulatory Reporting
- Fees and deductions
- Data management & data integrity
- Fund-level bulk processing

Project and support related work which may include (but not limited to):

- User Acceptance Testing relating to design changes, installations or process improvements;
- Analysis related to remediation activity;
- Providing technical support to fund administrators;
- Preparation of project requirements documents
- Participation in projects
- Ensure that tools, information and processes used by team are well maintained and up-to-date.
- Annual Review tasks assigned to the team.
- Mentor and Subject Matter Expert to other members within the team.

**What you need to have**:
**Education & Experience**
- 5+ years or Corporate Superannuation experience.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Strong organisation and planning skills;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently with little supervision;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Self-motivated and deadline driven;
- Excellent knowledge of superannuation / KiwiSaver concepts, including benefit design - accumulation and complex defined benefit arrangements, plus insurance arrangements;
- Excellent knowledge of superannuation / KiwiSaver legislation;
- Thorough understanding of Mercer’s Wealth - Consumer business specifically as it relates to the set up and ongoing management of clients’ schemes.
