**FIXED-TERM OPPORUNITY UNTIL OCTOBER 2025**

We are currently looking for a Quality Technologist to join the team in Mount Wellington on a fixed-term contract until October 2025. You will be a part of the Quality Assurance team assisting the QA Manager in the day-to-day running of the Quality Department at the Auckland CSD site.

**Your Impact**

You will have the advantage of learning on the job gaining invaluable experience. The core functions of the role are to assist in the daily operation of our Quality Assurance department. Your key duties will involve:

- Working collaboratively, driving initiatives and programs to improve Quality performance
- Ensuring that Quality and Food Safety management systems are adhered to
- Ensuring continual compliance with current standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and their solutions (root-cause analysis and corrective actions)
- Investigation and managing non-conformance, CAPA and consumer complaints
- Providing training and support to production and other departments
- Assisting with new product development, trials, and other projects
- Assisting production lines to trouble shoot and problem solve

**This is a fixed-term role until October 2025, 40 hours/ week between 7.00am
- 7.00pm, Monday to Friday.**

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Graduate with a focus on Science or Food Technology or relevant technical qualification
- At least 2 years experience in quality assurance role
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, GMP, HACCP and Regulations e.g., GFSI and ISO standards
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- A quick learner, with strong attention to detail and fantastic time management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills to influence, develop and grow relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and team members
- Confident with a positive “can do” attitude
- Experience in use of Microsoft suite
