**As a Charge Hand you will be required to**:

- Work Monday to Friday from 5.00am to 1.30pm
- Manage the daily performance of your team
- Ensure that courier products, parcels and mail are sorted according to set KPI's and criteria.
- Work closely with the processing Operations Leader to ensure that our actions are consistently smooth, efficient and safe during the shift.
- Support the staff and give clear directions to the team.
- Perform daily warehouse tasks as required
