The Graduate Research School is searching for a Research Examination Coordinator to join our fabulous team on a 9-month secondment or fixed-term contract. The Graduate Research School (GRS) offers support and researcher development for AUT postgraduate research students, supervisors and staff to assist in the growth of a vibrant research culture. The GRS has three portfolios: Researcher Education and Development; Policy and Progressions; and Examinations.

As the Research Examination Coordinator in the Examinations team, you will be responsible for coordinating AUT's research examination processes. A strong team player, you will thrive under pressure, managing your workload effectively to meet deadlines and contribute to team goals. This role plays a key part in supporting our postgraduate research journey and involves close collaboration with various teams across the University. You'll need to be adaptable, collaborative, and capable of integrating your responsibilities with the broader work of others to help achieve AUT's strategic goals.

Success in this role requires not just strong administrative and technical skills, but also a sound understanding of the tertiary environment - particularly postgraduate research.
