This administration role is ideal for an organizational whiz, it requires your energy to plan, schedule and manage planned and unplanned maintenance on a range of vehicles and equipment in a busy and fast-paced environment.

The key functions of this role are
- Planning, scheduling, and managing the Preventative and Corrective Maintenance
- Creating Work Orders and Purchase Orders within JDE CAM database
- Informing the internal operational staff and external service providers of progress and keeping them updated
- Continuously improving the job estimate, planning, and scheduling in consultation with maintenance supervisors
- Ensuring all documentation is issued and received back within the agreed timelines from maintainers both internal and external
- Maintaining a comprehensive Vehicle History File (VHF) for all completed maintenance.

You may not have a lot of previous work experience, but an interest in all things mechanical with excellent IT skills including Excel Worksheet knowledge would be excellent starting blocks on which to build in a large, national service provider like WM.
**Qualifications** About you**

The key to your success in this role will be someone with personal motivation and exceptional interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal abilities. You are known for your excellent communication skills both verbal and written, proven IT skills and can plan and juggle multiple priorities.
