**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end payroll processes for a diverse team
- Oversee weekly and monthly payroll cycles
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy across reporting and data-entry
- Provide leadership and guidance to four direct reports
- Actively participate in leadership meetings, offering insights and updates on payroll matters

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven track record as a Payroll Manager leading a team of a simillar size
- Experience in processing a high-volume payroll of up to 1000 staff members
- Proficiency in the use of either MYOB or Xero Payroll softwares
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with a drive for deadlines
- Advanced knowledge in payroll legislations
